Free and available to pick your items on the same day
Delivery schedule
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. if the items is in our location store
- Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. if the items is in our location store
- Saturdays are depend on the vendor.
Note: If the customer cannot be located to make home delivery, the order will go to the collection point, “delivery will be made three times.”

During the order processing, we will offer you the available shipping options and a guaranteed or estimated delivery date, depending on the city you are in and the availability of the product.
- Orders will be processed once you have received the purchase of the product, after the delivery time slot they will be processed the next business day.
- Purchases made on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- The shipping rates of Yoyvi Express sellers may be different, you will be able to see the shipping costs during the order processing.
- For orders with different sellers, shipping will be made independently by each seller, only orders from affiliated sellers and our stores will be made together.
