Selling on Yoyvi Express
Whether you’re decluttering your home or looking to make some money, selling your stuff on Yoyvi Express is fast and easy. We recommend opting into messages from our team to stay up-to-date on your listings and orders.
What you can sell
You can list almost anything that can ship. Check out our list of Prohibited Items to know what we don’t allow in the marketplace.
Starting a listing

Taking good photos
We recommend using natural lighting to capture the item’s color.
Be sure to make the first photo your best – it’ll be the first thing a shopper sees.
Describing your item

Include the condition, color, size, category, and any flaws the item might have.

Add the brand name if you have it – lots of shoppers search for specific brands.

For some items, Yoyvi Express may recognize the item and input item details for you. You can still edit these details before listing.
Pricing it right

Check out similar sold listings to see what your item might sell for.

Set up Smart Pricing from the listing page. Just name a start price and a floor price – we’ll gradually lower it based on market demand.

Enable Smart Offers to automatically accept and/or provide a one-time counter offer for your listing. You control the acceptable offer price range by setting your minimum price and your listing price.
Picking a shipping option
When you list an item, we’ll recommend a shipping weight and the cheapest carrier option in that weight class. You can choose to cover shipping yourself or have the buyer pay at checkout. You have the option to drop the item to your customer.

Shipments are only made to the city of Malabo, Bata, Niefang Luba and Mongomo for now, please follow our updates.
Yoyvi Express (7-14 days)
The base rate is from 1,000 FCFA (depending on the buyer’s location).
Yoyvi Express (3-5 days)
The base rate is from 2,000 FCFA (depending on the buyer’s location).

Free and available to pick your items on the same day
Your item sold. What’s next?
When one of your items sells, we’ll email you your confirmation. We ask that you ship the item within 3 business days so the buyer can get their order on time.
Package the item with care
Package the item with care so it arrives safely. Attach the shipping label with the tracking number, if you have one.
Ship within 3 business days
Include a tracking number with your shipment if you choose to ship on your own. Ship within 3 days of sale. If you’re shipping on your own, you’ll need to provide a valid tracking number.
or meet the customer
You have choice to meet the customer to give him/her the product and she/he can give you the money. That is the easy way to sell with us but on your responsability
Confirm your shipment
If you’re experiencing a delay, let the buyer know. Once the carrier has your package, tap “I’ve shipped it” from your Order Status page.
