Refund Policiy

All policies on this page affect products sold by the stores managed by Yoyvi Express sellers in our program.

 

If you receive a product that is damaged or in poor condition, you can always process the return of this product and in turn request a refund for said product.

Refunds will be made with the same payment method that was used when purchasing the product.

  1. Full refund of money.
  2. Partial refund of money, in special cases
 

How much does it cost to return a product?

 
  • Returning a product is completely free, but does not include shipping money
  • You always have the option to change the product, it is free, you just have to request it and it will be processed anyway, you can only choose the same product if it is not in stock, they will give you a similar one.
  • You can always process the change in the return form by specifying or sending an email to devoluciones@yoyviexpress.com with all the details and we will solve them.
  • At the moment only the collection of the product is available, one of our delivery people will pick up the product at your home or at a delivery and collection point established by both of us.
 

How long do I have a warranty?

 

You have 7 business days after receiving the product. After that time, the return or exchange guarantee for this product can no longer be processed.
