At Yoyvi Express, only cash on delivery and Yoyvi Express Cards are accepted, to make the purchase more comfortable and to ensurethat both the seller and the buyer build trust among themselves.
Payment and order process
The payment process depends on each seller. Once you have purchased a product, said product will go to the processing state , which means that the seller is processing the order to later send it.
- Once the customer has received the product and paid, the status of the order will change to completed , changing it manually by Yoyvi Express.
- The time to process payments depends on each seller, since the payment method is cash on delivery.
Prices
All prices of both the products and services offered by Yoyvi Express are subject to the same payment method, only in exceptional cases.
Yoyvi Express does not have control of the prices of all products, each seller is free to set the price they deem appropriate for their product.
Yoyvi Express may suggest companies or stores that collaborate directly with them to modify some product prices depending on the market demand for said product.
Promotions and coupons
All product promotions and discounts are subject to each seller. Each store keeps track of coupons. Yoyvi Express works as a mediator in cases of fraud and erroneous coupons issued by sellers. All coupons issued by stores managed by Yoyvi Express are managed by Yoyvi express.
Points
When making a purchase on yoyviexpress.com and in the Yoyvi Express Shopping app , you are a beneficiary of points, in relation to the number of products you have purchased, so in turn you can redeem these points on your next purchase (25 FCFA are equivalent to 1 Point ).
Once the purchase is completed “order status: processing ” you will obtain the points corresponding to the purchase, these being effective once the order is paid “order status: completed ”. If you do not pay for the order, your order will be canceled, thus affecting your points for said purchase.
