Shipping Instructions
1. Pick Up
Once you pack the order and it is ready to be picked up, we will pick it up at your store or warehouse for later distribution.
We will register the order by signing the necessary documents to make the withdrawal.
2. Management and distribution
Once the order has been withdrawn, the distribution of said order will be carried out within a maximum period of 72 hours (3 days) for the city of Malabo and a maximum of 10 days for the city of Bata. After this time has passed and the order has not been delivered to the customer, the order will be returned to its starting point either in your store or in your store’s warehouse and in turn cancel the order.
For orders successfully delivered to their respective clients, the money will be delivered within a maximum period of 72 hours. After this time, contact us.
Returns
We have a 7 business day product return guarantee policy, if the customer is not satisfied, the product has arrived defective or it was not what they ordered.
By hiring our logistics we also process the return of your orders, we collect it and return it to the warehouse of your store or to your physical store .
We will pay the return amount in relation to the order, and the store will refund the amount once the order is delivered to its warehouse or store.
