Refund and Returns Policy
These return policies are subject to products purchased from Yoyvi Express’ sellers who work directly with us or from the stores we manage, each seller has the option to enable the return of a product or not.
When you return a product, you may see different return options depending on each seller.
Depending on the use of products, there are certain products that require a guarantee, as they are products for everyday use. Some of the categories of such products are electronic products.
The guarantee for products that can be returned is 7 days after receipt of the product.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I RETURN?
Below you will have a list of categories and their respective products that you can return as long as the warranty on this product remains valid.
- Clothing, Shoes and Accessories: We currently do not accept returns of clothing. When buying, make sure you buy the right size and the right clothes, you will always have all the necessary information about the sizes of the products when buying them.

In all the products we sell you can read in the description whether the return of said product is allowed or not.
